SRX25719171: Nanopore WGS of Pseudomonas oleovorans ERA
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (PromethION) run: 27,734 spots, 232.2M bases, 184.1Mb downloads

Design: Whole genomic DNA was extracted from an overnight sample grown in LC media and initiated from a single colony. Oxford Nanopore sequencing was performed by Plasmidsaurus. Library selection was limited to 0.6x bead cleanup to remove highly degraded fragments <450bp. An amplification-free long-read sequencing library was prepared using v14 library prep chemistry and sequenced using R10.4.1 flow cells.

Study: Complete Genomes of Common Bacterial Hosts of RNA Bacteriophage phi6
show Abstracthide Abstract
Bacterial plant pathogens Pseudomonas savastanoi pv phaseolicola (HB10Y, supplied by Leonard Mindich), P. tomato (Gregory Martin collection number 113), P. syringae pv atrofaciens (G. Martin 2231), and P. pseudoalcaligenes East River isolate A (L. Mindich) serve as common laboratory hosts for dsRNA bacteriophage phi6, a widely used model organism to study dsRNA viruses.
